“We opted to book the short stay car-park with the fast pass for security, overall it was a good experience and great value at £114 for 10 days, however it was not without issues, firstly, as we arrived at the parking area the first barrier we came to didn't auto-read my numberplate so we had to take a ticket to get through, the second barrier did read our number plate so I thought all was in order, however when we exited the car-park upon our return the exit barrier didn't recognise my numberplate, I therefore inserted the ticket I got on arrival and the machine asked for a payment of £495, luckily my assistance call was answered straight away (despite it being 2am) and the gentleman resolved the issue quickly and we were on our way”
“My parking xperience was excellent - worked perfectly.
However NO baggage carts in baggage hall on my return - a disgrace for older passengers who need them.
This is second time there have beeen no carts on arrival - happened when I arrived from Dublin last month.
Also general condition of Baggage hall and arrivals dirty and poorly lit. We arrived from Bergen Norway where the airport is immaculate and a credit to their community. EDI Airport is a disgrace by International Standards !”
