“Very close to airport terminal and includes fast track so if you only have on board luggage you can access via level 2. Booking in advance saves a lot of money, and I had the option of twilight check in with free parking the night before although chose not to use this. Never had a problem leaving my car here and easy access for getting to/from the airport.”
“Atrocious. There were no spaces at all on any floor despite signs saying that there was. Was up and down three times before someone moved their car and we got a space. Nearly missed the flight. Then got home and the machine said we owed £350!
Took a while to sort that out too.”

I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

Was a bit confused how to access the walkway to the security terminal, but that may have just been me half asleep. Tip- take a picture of where you parked. Section & level, always handy.”
“I paid £ 70 for 4 days which I felt was good value but the only spaces that were left in the car park were on the top floor where there was no cover which I was disappointed with and I also had to drive round for ages to get a space. Clearly had sold more parking than there is available in the multi storey.”
