“Very easy to book online and extremely close to the terminal.......I had a slight problem due to me missplacing my ticket for me to exit the multi-storey car park.....After a minor panic at the barrier I contacted the control person who very quickly sorted the problem and off we went........I found the said ticket when unpacking my suitcase at home.....At least I did not lose it ( just misplaced it )...will definately use the service agin...”
“Parking availability was good and easily accessible! Only problem I had was despite having paid upfront for a one week stay and then paying upfront from Spain for an extended week parking - a total cost of over £400 , when exiting the carpark on my return, I was asked to pay an extra £315 !! Which obviously I did not pay !! Speaking to the attendant via the intercom the issue was “quickly” resolved !!!”
“It is OK and access to security great but getting in can be confusing to those not regulars and, not for the 1st time, a delay in leaving as the barrier asking for payment even tho I had prepayed.”
“The multi storey parking was full when I arrived on 15th October even though I had booked a space online, and I was redirected to another outside parking area. The staff took a photo of my car registration and told me I should get a discount but I haven’t received anything yet. I had to park in the one-hour stop car park, which wasn’t as convenient.”
