“Arrived at the multi story in Edinburgh about 3 hours before our flight we went up and down all the levels some level were saying they had space but they weren’t any spaces we were in the car park about an hour trying to find a parking space we had to go right up to the top which was outside got a space then but by the time we got out luggage and got to the lift we were both soked with the rain so we weren’t very happy we have used the multi storey on a number of occasions but this was the worst experience ever”

“Very busy on the day we arrived - staff were directing us to the only remaining spaces. Luckily we pre-booked. On exit the display showed that we had to pay £515! Clearly a mistake as we'd already paid in advance, but a bit disconcerting nonetheless...we had to buzz the office and wait for them to check.”

“Absolutely perfect start- and end- to any trip. Makes you feel sp mich more relaxed. Carpark is always well lit, clean, and tidy. Fasttrack through security is a superb bonus. Even if there is a hiccup , as we had, with exiting the carpark, the staff are suoer efficient at sorting it out. Pricewise, its comparable to other options, but the service and peace of mind? Far superior!!!”
