“Signage for access could be improved. I got into the wrong lane and had to be redirected.
Having prepaid for my parking for 2 days, I was astounded when the exit machine said that I owed over £100. This was corrected when I pressed the buzzer and gave the attendant my registration number, but clearly there is a systems problem.”
“Booked online only issue was entry and exit are not number plate Recognition. On entry we had to take a ticket which wasn't recognised in the machine on return from holiday. Pressed for assistance and on checking the car registration the barrier was raised. Multi storey excellent and included fast track security which was a bonus.”
