Easy to find, and within easy walking distance of airport entrance. The only issue we had on leaving (even though we'd prepaid) was the exit barrier machine tried to charge us £130. We drove back to a machine and were able to easily speak to someone who politely and efficiently sorted it and we were able to drive back out exit barrier with no issue this time.

I have a complaint active at present, I could not exit the car park until I paid £90.00. I had already prepaid the parking ahead of my stay and did not park over my time.

Despite having pre-paid for parking, on exit the ticket machine informed me that I owed £420. Once I located the assistance button (not readily apparent on the ticket machine) a helpful gentleman informed me that the machine was faulty and lifted the barrier. A frustrating and disappointing episode after a long day of travel.

The mid stay is a good option as it is only a short walk to the terminal. I would advise you to take your booking confirmation because on more than one occasion in spite of reg plate recognition I have been asked to pay a very large parking fee as it hasn't linked to my advanced payment booking. This was easily resolved by buzzing for assistance at the exit.

Stay was good but exiting was rubbish. Despite pre-paying the machine didn’t recognise my plate and wanted to charge me £110 for 2 days. There were other drivers in the same situation so you need to fix the vehicle recognition.

There were no disabled parking spaces and the ticket wanted to charge me £185, despite me booking in advance. A quick call using the button at the barrier sorted the bill though. There are disabled spaces if you use surface parking but that's more expensive. Are there any dispensations for disabled drivers ?
