“The number plate recognition system didn’t work correctly. When I tried to leave it was trying to charge me £130 for a 3 day stay. The person in front of me in the queue also had the same issue. It took quite a while to resolve.
Not what you need when trying to get home after a trip!”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
