“The booking process is straightforward and quick, as is entering and leaving the car park. It's a busy car park, so finding a space may take a bit of time and the road surface can be tough on your luggage wheels. Overall, we'd certainly book this car park again though.”
“The stay at the car park was no problem. Barrier entry & exit were no problem and the car was safe. The downsides were that there is very little space between cars when parked and there are very few signs directing you to the correct car park when you approach from the city bypass. The signs are for the long-stay car park and then later the mid-stay signs appear. When you want to find your way back to your car before returning home the signs again are lacking. First-time or infrequent travellers need a crystal ball.”

Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Please be assured that we are working hard to upgrade our wayfinding where required.

“All ok, but the only thing is that my car does not get scanned properly and it is not nice when you see you have an overdue of £100s when you are in the Exit. This has happened to me at least 3 times but never with other car parks. If you could fix that , it would be excellent. Thanks”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes.
