“Have parked here on a couple of occasions now and on both times experienced the same issue. Once I place the ticket in the machine to exit I'm informed that I am due to pay a substantial amount of money for the duration of my stay ( on this occasion £180). Having already paid in advance this is extremely infuriating at the end of a holiday. Thankfully on both occasions I had the booking reference number which allowed me to exit the parking. There would appear to be something terribly wrong with either your automatic number plate recognition at the entrance to the car park or the entire system is designed to extract additional money from your customers.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
