“Shocking service , I paid for my parking on line and received confirmation of the amount and paid in advance. On leaving the car park I was charged a further 66.00 pounds. How can this happen and what is the reason . I have sent in an email and as yet have not received a reply . I look forward to your reply .”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“After I booked, I had made a mistake on the entry time. Panicked and went to cancel it. Then I found out that I could enter earlier ( great news)
When we flew back we were late through Ryanair. But you had allowed for late flights. So we could collect our car without any penalties. Thank you so much. Happy customer”
“Easy to find, close to terminal, reasonably priced. Only complaint was that on exiting, the barrier flashed up that £120 was due despite parking being pre-paid. This was resolved quickly via the intercom but was not ideal and not something I have experienced at other airports.”
