“ANPR didn’t work but staff on intercom were very helpful, checked booking and opened barrier (at 3.30 am). On return intercom staff were again on hand to let me out.
Worry free parking with a short walk to terminal.”
“Easy access, very close to the terminal. It's cheaper to order online in advance and sometimes it doesn't read the car registration and you have to contact customer service. But it's a really insignificant little inconvenience. It's safe and close and that's the most important thing!”

“Was fine, except I pre-booked and pre-paid for my parking. Then on exiting- the ticket validator said I owed an outstanding £100! For one night parking, that I had already paid around £35 for. I belled the assistance bell, and explained- they cleared the issue and I was on my way home within 2 minutes. So the staff were quick and helpful- can't fault them. But I've no clue why that money showed as outstanding and wasn't given an explaination.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Easy to find once you have downloaded a map; the Parking website didn't seem to have one.
10 minutes walk to the terminal easy if you have little luggage.
I had to extend by one day and had to rebook the extra day at outrageous cost and call the service at the barrier.”
