“Neither the ticket machine nor the barrier could read my ticket, but the operative resolved the issue over the intercom, so it was just a minor inconvenience. Other than that, fine. Nothing special, just a place to leave my car for the day.”
“Easy access to the car park and airport. Unfortunately no ticket was provided on entry and no automatic barrier on exit. Had to request help to exit which was midly inconvenient.”
“All fine until exiting. Everyone had an issue - the machine said I owed £100 and I had to talk over the intercom. Big queue behind me. This isn't the first time. The number plate recognition needs to be fixed.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
