“Parking in the mid-stay parking went great until leaving. Yet again I was required to press the call button and and speak to the assitant to let me out rather than pay a bill for £270 despite having paid in advance. I don't understand how the number plate recognition system reads the number in and out and calculates the bill for £270.00 but fails to recognise the fee was already paid for £100. It appears a very common complaint from other users and is totally ignored by the management. If this was happening with a less reputable company as Edinburgh Airport, one would think it was a scam. Please get it fixed so I don't have to again interupt the assisitant on the call button who obviously finds it all very inconveniet.”
