“It took ages to get into the mud stay parking the attendant didn't left the barrier and a queue stated to form wasn't ant better on the way out took ages for a response to get out.”

“It was really handy getting from car to airport, normally park at long stay but definitely recommend this one. Pouring with rain to start with, then dropped my parking slip and didn't realise until I was back to the car after my holiday Approached the gate and the gentleman was really nice considering the situation, this was Saturday passed 4th Nov. Overall 10/10”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
