“Good directions given before the day. Found a space no problem. When leaving, the ticket I put in the barrier didn’t work and wanted to charge me £340. A quick call through the Assistance button on the barrier however sorted that out and the barrier was manually lifted. Second time this pre book hasn’t worked automatically but always sorted out.”
“I use the Mid Stay regularly and as well as the cost being simply obscene, there is a problem with the barrier on exit in that every single time the barrier won’t rise and it’ll ask for a few hundred pound payment despite having a booking. I then have to wait a few minutes to speak to a cheerful attendant on the intercom to have the barriers opened. Please try and fix this as it’s a bit annoying.”
