“Machine didn’t recognise our number plate so had to press for ticket & explained over intercom. Was told upon return put ticket in & press intercom. I did, no fuss, no hassle, sorted no problem & home we went. Great stuff.”

“Very easy to find the car park. Entry was easy and lots of available spaces to park. Only down side was on the exit, my registration wasn't automatically detected and a payment of £150 appeared on screen. I pressed the intercom and the person on the other end opened the barrier. Overall a good experience but would have been excellent without this issue”
“Access and exit were both poor. I had to speak to someone both times even though I had rebooked. I had provided my number plate in advance, so was a bit miffed that this wasn’t picked up when I arrived and left.”
