On the positive the person at the other end fixed it quickly.”
“Fully 2 weeks after my stay I still haven't been refunded for the overcharge fee I was made to pay when leaving the car park. The attendant didn't seem to know the difference between 2.30 and 20.30. I have submitted evidence and communicated via 8 separate emails. Not great.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.
