“Parking is close to the airport terminal and great value compared to other airports. I chose to park there as my return flight was arriving early hours of the morning and was really grateful when I was delayed and it was a short journey back to the car! My booking wasn't recognised when I arrived at the car park and the intercom function worked well, with someone answering quickly and sorting it out for me. Really friendly communication. Car felt secure and the car park is well maintained.”
“Easy to navigate and find a space. However, tried to change £100 upon exit. This is not the first time they have tried to charge excess upon exit. Had to push the help button where I was told it was a mistake. This is the second time this has happened, the first being 8 months ago and have also heard it happen to others so makes me question if it was a mistake”
