“Good carpark and friendly staff. But, be careful with the automated ticket gates as it tried to charge me £100 despite the parking being valid and paid in advance.”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Mid stay was easy to book with clear directions and instructions on how to find the parking and very close to the terminal . My return flight was cancelled and I could get to my car until the following day which meant I had gone over my original booking time. The staff on the gate were very helpful and allowed me to exit without an extra charge . Good service .”
