Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Straight through the barriers without any issues. The 6 hour grace period on leaving the car park was fantastic as we were over 4 hours late getting back to Edinburgh airport from Cyprus because of massive delays due to bad weather.”

“The number plate recognition system for prepaid parking often doesn't work causing delays on departure. The only pedestrian access is from the terminal. If you're staying at one of the airport hotels before or after your trip you have to walk on the roads to get to or from the mid-stay car park.”
