“ANPR didn't work on entry or exit. The operator on entry was very abrupt (verging on rude) and on the way out there was a queue of 6 cars all unable to reach the operator. When the operator eventually answered the intercom he was less than helpful. Spoiled a pretty seamless and smooth arrival into EAL.”
“How to turn a £52pound stay into £180 stay. Miss your flight then reshedulued and delayed and arrive back after midnight. Would be better if you could live update your stay if this happens, Sadly not!!”
“Booked and pre paid parking on arrival ticket only had part of our car registration on it , when leaving car park ticket machine asking for £110 ☹️ Eventually pressed buzzer for help and was let out of car park”
“Easy car park to find with enough spaces. Price was reasonable and car park was close to airport.
The only issue was when we were leaving. When we put our ticket in the machine at the exit barrier it said we owed £130 for our stay, even though we had paid and were still within our allotted time. However, when we pressed the button for assistance it was all resolved very quickly by the gentleman on the other end, who was very polite and helpful. Minor quibble at the end, but resolved quickly with no hassle, so all good in the end!”
