I only want to indicate that my flight was canceled due to weather conditions and I came back two days later. I contacted the parking using the system provided, but I was charged a high amount without any consideration for the cancelation.
I don't think this is right, taking into account that I send a message the same night that my flight was canceled.
I still expect some help with this.

“Directions were easy to follow to find midstay and reasonably easy walk to the airport - although the walk to check in terminal is much further.
On departure, we arrived to the car and left before our scheduled time - but at the gate we put in the ticket and it wanted us to pay £120, despite the stay being prepaid.
That was very stressful with 3 tired kids in the back.
We had to call for assistance and it delayed our departure from the car park.”
