Great car park, so close just couple mins walk. Our flights have been delayed recently they never charge you for being late either. Always chose to park here or in Terminal multi storey it's a great service

Perfect parking for the airport, close enough to walk easily to. when we returned from holiday in the middle of the night though, I forgot the route back to the car park and it wasn't signposted from the airport, although there was signage once you had walked in the right direction for a few minutes. In the middle of the night, it could have been better signposted.

It would be useful if you got some clue how to exit the place when you'd pre-paid. Annoying to find out by trial and error late at night in the pouring rain.

Yet again the automatic cameras failed to pick up my registration and tried to charge me £240 for a pre booked and pre paid stay! To his credit the person on the end of the help button was very pleasant and efficient and within 5 minutes had opened the barrier with no extra charge. Unfortunately it was very late at night, I had just had a very long journey and it was absolutely pouring with rain so I spent those 5 minutes with my window open getting drenched. Not best pleased, especially as this was the 2nd time in a row there had been an issue.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that would have been caused however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
