For future reference, please note that directions for the car park you have booked will be found in your confirmation email and, if any issues arise on site, our assistance team can be found at the ground level of the Multi-Storey car park, or via the intercom buzzer at the entry/exit barriers.

“The number plate recognition system didn’t work correctly. When I tried to leave it was trying to charge me £130 for a 3 day stay. The person in front of me in the queue also had the same issue. It took quite a while to resolve.

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
