“Very quick entry/exit. I did have slight panic when I put ticket in machine as came up £180 outstanding when I had already prepaid. All sorted very quickly tho.”
“I pre booked my parking. I always do. On exit the machine says I should pay £140. Nearly got a heart attack. Used the buzzer, and the guy sorted it within a minute. He found my booking and I was ok to leave. Otherwise convenient parking. I usually go in the park and ride section but this one is definitely cheaper.”
“Booking/paying in advance process online was easy. Directions were spot on. However, would benefit from having disabled parking bays near exit to terminal, so that took away from overall customer experience. Also, on exiting, when we inserted our ticket a cost of £180.00 was charged. On pressing the help button, chap who answered asked for our car registration number and lifted the barrier, with explanation or apology.”
