“Got some reason, despite pre booking, had to press to get a ticket, then had to speak to someone to get out. What is the point of giving reg number in advance. After paying a ridiculous amount to park my car it's not too much to ask. Pricing is a scam.”
“The car park is easy to find. Didnt take long to find a parking space. Just a few minutes walk into the airport. Good value for money. We have used Edinburgh car parking quite a few times with no issues.”
“Parking was a short walk to the airport, clearly signposted to find.
However, customer support is a pain, you cannot speak to anyone at the time of an issue, instead you have to fill in an online form with a response time of a minimum 8 days. I was charged the daily mid stay hourly tariff when I actually pre-booked and pre-paid for the mid stay parking. The response SLA is long especially when I am out of pocket considerably.
I just hope I hear back from them offering a refund.”
“Poor! Good parking but could exit automatically on exit from the Mid Stay car park despite having a pre-paid booking. Quite frustrating after a long journey. And on pressing the Customer Services button it took a few minutes to get a response.”
“First time using the Mid stay parking, very convenient just a short walk to the terminal mostly covered as the weather on our return wasn't very good quick and easy access to the main road. Would definitely use again”
“Easy to find with the given instructions, I am not a confident driver but driving around to find a space was well signposted. Was slightly alarmed that I did not require to insert my ticket on departure and the barrier just lifted for me, I thought I would be charged as I had not completed this, but my tech savvy daughter explained pre payment and ANPR to me . Overall an easy experience and good value .”
