“I was a bit disappointed that when I went to leave I had my pre paid ticket to put into the machine. But a ticket was already in the machine. I removed that one to put mine in but it said there was an outstanding amount of £180. I then went to put my ticket in and was told by the machine it had already been used. I spoke to the intercom and I received very little communication and the barrier just went up.”
“I book online and every time I get to the exit barrier and put my card in the machine, it asks for a payment of £60. I have to call for assistance and give my registration number, which is always found, and the barrier is raised for me. It is a total frustration and a waste of my time.”
“Parked for three days and booked and paid appropriately in advance. When i inserted my ticket to edit the car park at the end of my stay the ticket machine requested that i pay £180 to leave the car park. This is the third time in 12 months this had happened to me. Each time I have paid the correct amount in advance. Fortunately i pressed the intercom button and the attendant let me out without paying but this issue should have been resolved by now”
