“The only spaces left were immediately adjacent to long-stay which would have saved me money if I'd just parked there. When entering the car park the machine did not read my number plate which I'd used in my reservation, so when I left the car park the machine said I had to pay and I had to press the call button and explain that I had prepaid. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this car park and it is never an issue at other airports.”
“Arrived vehicle registered and ticket issued. Parked up in the Mid Stay Car Park near the airport entrance. Returned 3 days later jumped in the car approached the barrier and inserted the ticket. Up popped the barrier and I was on the road with no hassle or frustration whatsoever superb service and cheap as well.”
