“Parking was great and easy to pre book. This time however we had an issue with a cancelled flight and I extended the car parking with ease online for an extra 24 hours. Unfortunately I was subsequently informed our rescue flight wasnt for another 48 hours. I was unable to extend again and had to make a new booking. This was an added stress. The ability to extend again, if required in situations like this ,would be greatly appreciated.”

Once we got through to someone on the intercom, there was no issue releasing us!

“Terrible experiences here. They had a problem with their website but then charged an extra £19 for their error. When contacted they were generally a bit rude and unhelpful. They say they don't have a regulator to complain to, so basically can get away with anything they want”
