“The post code for the car park needs sorting!
It takes you straight to the drop off and then you have to go through the drop off carpark to get out and I had to pay £4.00 for the privilege.
It would be much easier to head for the Moxy Hotel where you can pick up the long stay car park signs at the round about”
“Very hard to find a spot to park on the last Saturday in August. Had to drive around for 15 minutes to find a single place. Added unwanted stress to pre-flight journey.”
“Always happy with the car parking at Edinburgh airport. It's expensive but it's considerably cheaper than catching taxis and a lot more convenient than getting to the airport via trams or buses from where I live. Will continue to use.”
“I left my car in a car park. Can hardly comment on the collective 10 minutes I spent there. What I did notice was cars left parked on kerbs, cars parked on and blocking junctions, two cars parked completely closing a main access road. Trolleys abandoned on roads, potholes galore, unnecessarily large speed bumps. Perhaps it was a good thing I didn’t spend any more time there. Don’t see any reason to cancel the buses, the walk isn’t the worst but I can see the complaints rolling in when the weather turns and people need to trek across 2 car parks and up that slope to the departures. Wish I had a photo of the car parked 2mm off my door when I returned at 4am to add. The carpark needs management, especially with what amount of money people pay to use it.”
