“Getting in was easy but upon leaving the machines at the barrier were broken, upon putting in my prepaid ticket I was faced with a £150 charge resulting in me having to call the assist button and this was happening at all barriers. A one off fault maybe but doesn’t give much confidence on how well maintained and monitored these systems are.”
