Just parking. Had already pre-paid but when leaving told me I had to pay £95? Spoke to assistant who sorted very quickly. Second time I've used long stay, 2nd time it's tried to charge me when leaving.

The withdrawal of the shuttlebus makes for added time and stress, especially in bad weather and when the only spaces available are at the far end of the park. Also despite my car number being printed on my ticket it was not recognised at the exit - the help button produced a fairly quick response, but this was just extra time and hassle

I booked into the car park, but for some reason was still charged £150. No staff on site. Couldn't find an intercom to contact customer services. Sent my booking details and requested a refund days ago. No response.

Excellent service. Price reasonable (almost as costly as public transport, plus more comfortable/ less stressful), useful guidance from staff, car left safely, quick 10mins walk to terminal. Will use again!

Too expensive. Rough tarmac (for baggage trolleys). Water pooling across only pedestrian access gate. Confusing exit signs.

Whilst a good service I have been overcharged by £120 for my visit and have yet to receive a reply to my query. Hope that customer service get in touch asap to resolve the issue.

Was able to get easily parked but had an issue leaving when it said I still needed to pay £75 and had to call the assistance which thankfully was able to resolve it
