“We have used long stay parking before. Easy to find and easy to park up. No issues until we were leaving. Put our ticket into machine to be told we owed £705!!!!!. Pushed the help button and the issue was rectified immediately and then we were on our way”
“I booked parking for a week and had the confirmation to prove it. When we arrived at the exit I was informed on the screen I owed £187. Very disturbing at the time. A call to the operator resulted in us being allowed to exit without payment. No apology and at the time very distressing.”
