“Whilst a good service I have been overcharged by £120 for my visit and have yet to receive a reply to my query. Hope that customer service get in touch asap to resolve the issue.”
“Was able to get easily parked but had an issue leaving when it said I still needed to pay £75 and had to call the assistance which thankfully was able to resolve it”
“This is a handy carpark and within easy, if somewhat muddy, walking distance of the airport. We have used it twice recently and both times there was no bus running which is worth noting if you have a lot of luggage. We were travelling light so not a problem. Both times we had booked well in advance and both times the exit barrier failed to recognise the car which meant a delay in leaving. Our EasyJet flight was delayed so we arrived later than expected which might have been the cause. The carpark is well lit which helps in finding one's car.”

“Easy walk to the terminal, plenty of spaces, reasonable prices. Unfortunately on exit they asked me to pay £95, but this was easily resolved on speaking to the man on the intercom. Would use again”
“Had to speak to someone on intercom as we tried to leave car park . Staff member extremely helpful and sorted our issue very quickly and reassured me immediately that I wouldn’t have to pay the charge on screen ! Camera had misread my number plate - would definitely use again”

I’m airport - why? We landed at 1.00 am and found ourselves hauling suitcases in the rain. It is a long stay car park which almost certainly means most people will have heavy large suitcases, not the case with short stay or perhaps medium stay.”
