Had already pre-paid but when leaving told me I had to pay £95? Spoke to assistant who sorted very quickly. Second time I've used long stay, 2nd time it's tried to charge me when leaving.”
“The withdrawal of the shuttlebus makes for added time and stress, especially in bad weather and when the only spaces available are at the far end of the park. Also despite my car number being printed on my ticket it was not recognised at the exit - the help button produced a fairly quick response, but this was just extra time and hassle”
