It was very poorly or non existing signs of best way to walk to terminal. The only way we found logic was following main route.
Pavements there were full of roadwork bariers and had to join main carriageway at times.
On exit there were no signs at all how to get back. Neither we were lucky to see airport staff to ask. Airline staff advised us it is saver to walk thru car hire. In did it was. But if this is official route then there is no crossing before tram tracks. That is again not save.
On exit barier asked to pay, when it was prepaid ( I left before booked time). Unnecessary scary moment.
In terminal as for many years now there. Is poor network connection, and terminal WiFi never connected live.”
“When leaving my ticket stuck in a machine and I was asked to pay 198 pounds instead of having pre paid booking. After contacting with service team problem was sorted very quickly.”

“The parking was fine - unfortunately the dedicated path to the terminal doesn't go through the entire parking area so you have no option except to push your trolley over speed bumps which isn't ideal. Also, when I was leaving the car park I was told at the barrier that there was a significant final balance to pay. This was resolved pretty quickly by the person on the helpline but definitely created a moment of panic.”
