“The process was good, the car was fine. But upon leaving the machine requested £176.00 off me claiming I was due it, which I wasn’t! After pushing the button on the machine and speaking to someone I was able to leave. So not a great experience.”
“The long-stay parking area shows significant areas of potholes, poor lighting, poor signage, and barrier control for pedestrians, the ground holds a lot of water in some areas which results in having to walk through large areas of water, overall there needs to be a review on how people safely transit through this car park as currently not a lot of thought or effort has been implemented to ensure passenger safety and welfare”
“I had a day trip to Belfast to do. Drove into the long term car park and found a space where I wanted/hoped/expected and then walked into the terminal. No fuss, no drama.
It took longer to get a cup of coffee inside the terminal than it did to get from the car to the coffee shop!”

“I have been using edinburgh airport parking for a while now 3 times this year and already booked 1 for next year and every time when I put my ticket in the machine to validate it for exit it asks for money when I have already payed and prebooked. I have to end up calling the assistant every time. Don't know if this is a glitch but it happens every time.”
