“Prepaid a parking ticket over a month before my stay and all was well until I put my ticket in the barrier to be notified I apparently owed £75. Was sorted in the end but not what you need after a long journey.”
“Firstly I'd like to thank the gentleman who sorted out my exit from the carpark,forgot to ask his name.(flew back 13th Nov exited car park at approx 2330.I'd booked online for a weeks parking at a cost of approximately £39(good value) but upon arrival I mistakenly hit the button for a ticket instead of letting vehicle registration be acknowledged. Spoke to attendant via intercom and he said it can be sorted upon my return,it duly was.Excellent service.Normally use airport shuttle bus from Edinburgh to travel to airport but because of flight times driving and parking made more sense.Will definitely consider using service again.Thank you.”
“Good experience other than being incorrectly charged £40 at the end of the stay (late evening!), despite pre-paying for the booking. Having spoken to others that have also used the car park, this seems to be a regular occurrence, why? Seems dodgy to me…”
“Website says automatic reader will recognise your car number plate and will open gate, however you need press button to receive parking ticket. Otherwise no problems”
