“Parking was fine except for being prompted to pay £418 at the exit barrier even though I had prepaid for my parking! The barrier would not rise until after I had a conversation with the attendant. This caused an unnecessary wait.”
“Parked in the long stay car park and process fine. When coming back torrential rain required a long walk to get to the car due to the bus transfers not operating. Consequently, we all got soaked getting from the terminal to the car. Further at the check out the ANPR was struggling to identify the vehicles.
Considering according to the Scottish government COVID is over there is no reason the transfer coaches cant be running.”
“Hi I use long say car park a lot in the past to use it with friends this time and to find that shuttle buses weren’t on and my brother in law can’t walk very far so I am giving 3out5 and ask why buses aren’t on and you need to explain at booking for car park . many thanks Scott.”
“Easy to get to terminal. No waiting for a bus . But there could be a long walk if you are not so fit and have to park at the opposite side of the car park to the terminal”
“Used this parking three times now, always good value for money and easy to use. About 10 minute walk to the airport entrance.
Only slight issue was when I got to the entrance gate, I had to speak to someone to get my ticket despite prebooking.”
“Ground is a bit of a mess so there were puddles everywhere after rain. Although I had prepaid and my confirmation stated that my number would be recognised when I put my card in, as usual the machine tried to charge me a ridiculous amount (£95 for 3 days), and as usual I had to speak to someone to get the barrier lifted, which is a bit frustrating.”

I paid £22.99 for a three day park at fast parking.
Was told that car park was closed and directed to long stay park.
On exiting I had to pay an additional £140
I am still waiting a reply about refund”
“Car park is fine. But when I went to leave my ticket said there was an outstanding balance. I had paid in advance so there wasn't. Had to use intercom, the person was very helpful but I have had this issue several times.
Also the shuttle bus is still not back. While this fine for me, I am happy to walk, I worry this is excluding elderly or disabled people from using the cheaper car parks.”
