“Everything went smoothly with the stay up until we were leaving when I inserted the ticket and it told me I had an outstanding balance of £140 after already pre paying. However I buzzed in and the woman on the other side was extremely helpful and sorted it all out :)”
“The only problem I had wad on leaving I put my ticket in machine and it said I owed £176
00 for parking. I had purchased on line a month in advance for £39.99 and I had to call assistance and explain this.
The barrier was then lifted so no harm done but if my phone had been out of charge it could have been a problem.”
“Cost was good but a couple of issues. Registration number not picked up on entry but no problem getting on speaking to person on intercom. The main problem was absence of signs to guide the walk from parking (long stay) to terminal and in BOTH directions!”
