“The parking was easy and accessible. However, the lack of a bus to transfer to the airport is a big loss. It is a fair distance to wheel a suitcase on surfaces that are not designed for this. The signposting for the route to the airport should be much clearer and made safer. it is not good to have to walk amongst moving cars. There should be a defined pathway all the way.”
“Booking process straightforward . Good car park access and facilities. Less than 10 minute walk to terminal cuts out unnecessary time waiting on bus as provided on other airport car parks”
“Booked multi storey parking as it included fasttrack security. However due to the time we arrived at the airport (3.30am), the bridge to security was shut and security wasn't even open yet. Then when they opened the queue, they opened the other queues first. Surely fasttrack should be opened first? Luckily as it was so early it wasn't an issue. Also on return the lift to the 2nd level wasn't working. Location is excellent though and despite the small issues I would book again.”
