“Sadly due to easyjet cancelling our flight with less than 12hours notice we didnt get to yeavel or park at your facility. When cancelling our parking I see the notice was before 24 hours. Shame as I thought there was a free cancellation on you front add page.”

“Prepaid months ago, updated my car details, "system" lost the changes, upon arrival I got to the barrier, goty ticket, no problem, when I arrived back, two days later, I got to the barrier, put in the ticket and was charged £95.
All because your "system" didn't update my details”
“Pre-booked for 10 days. Arrived OK, took my ticked from the machine /barrier, just a 10 minute walk to terminal. Returned 10 days later, drove up to the barrier, put in my ticket, the machine asked me to pay £242 to get out! It was dark. I had to reverse to open my car door, tried to find the button for the intercom as it's not babelled or highlighted clearly when it is dark, insufficient lighting at the barriers. Eventually found it and explained I was prebooked to the reception. The barrier opened, then closed again by the time I got back into the driving seat. So, went back out again to speak to the guy to open the barrier again. He told me to reverse further to allow the barrier to open again (?).. Good job there was nobody behind me waiting to get out. Managed to get out on the second attempt. Not a good experience. Please get some floodlighting fitted at those exit barriers.”
