“I booked parking for a week and had the confirmation to prove it. When we arrived at the exit I was informed on the screen I owed £187. Very disturbing at the time. A call to the operator resulted in us being allowed to exit without payment. No apology and at the time very distressing.”

“We paid £43 for 8 day parking which was decent however we extend our holiday last minute whilst we were out over there for an extra 2 days and I forgot to change the parking and I was charged £75 almost double of what I paid for 8days”
