Thanks for your review. I am sorry to that your experience with using our services was less than desirable on this occasion.
I can confirm once a car park booking is made, automatic emails are sent out to each customer as confirmation containing detailed information on how to reach each of our car parks. It may happen on rare occasions they may not get through, and for this I apologise.
In an attempt to avoid this happening in the future, I advise you to contact out Customer Support Team if you notice your booking confirmation for the car park is not coming through, and we are happy to look into fixing this issue for you.
With regards to the guidance signs present around the car park premises at the moment, we understand how important clear signage is across our campuses. Please be assured that we are actively working on our wayfinding strategy, and we will ensure feedback, like yours, is brought into the discussion.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused by our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system.
Albeit it does not happen often, errors do occur and we work consistently to solve any rising issues. We do advise customers to contact our Car Park Assistance team via the buzzer provided at each barrier, where they are able to assist accordingly.
