“I booked for the Plane Parking, but when I arrived the info screen at the gate said I was booked into a different car park. This was stressful as it was dark, unfamiliar and I didn't have much time. I eventually managed to contact someone on the intercom button (which in the dark was not obvious) and was told I was now in Long Stay and should have received an email, which I had not. I parked in Long Stay and couldn't see signs to the pedestrian path to departures, so I headed in the general direction of the terminal, hoping I was going in the right direction and that I would find a gate in the fence. On my return there were not enough signs to the exit, so I drove around unnecessarily until I'd found it.”

As advised in your booking confirmation, Plane Parking is currently non-operational during the winter season and you are upgraded free of charge to the Long Stay car park.
