“It's a car park. What can you say? You have to walk to the terminal and it isn't far but there isn't great signage. Also if you pre-book they will spam your emails asking for a review.”

“Very convenient sadly the state of the pot holes are very poor especially if you are trying to navigate them in the dark with heavy bag. Avoiding the puddles is impossible!”
“Shuttle bus service is still not in operation. There is no clear walk route from the far side of the Parking (J1). Road was flooded due to rain and sleet. Pavements are impossible to use if pulling a suitcase forcing you to walk though the flooded roads. Soaked through before reaching the terminal. Set off the security scanner as jeans were so wet. Charging a fortune for minimal service. Until the shuttle bus is reinstated or there’s a complete redesign of the foot paths this car park is unfit for purpose. This may be mostly weather dependent, however, it’s Scotland, it rains! Best hope you get good weather!”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“Very satisfied with the booking system and our arrival to the car park. We arrived a day later than our booking as our initial flight was cancelled so we decided to fly the following day.
On attempting to leave the carpark, the ticket machine said we owed £154! After a 6 hour delay at Dublin airport with an 18 month old baby and eventually landing after midnight this was the last thing we needed.
Thankfully the man on the other end of the call bell was able to check our booking and opened the barrier. However, we would have appreciated a simple apology for the inconvenience and for sending our stress levels into orbit!”
