“Excellent service overall. I had to change my vehicle days prior to our departure which didnt seem to pick up on the system when it came to exiting the car park in the small hours on our return. This was resolved very quickly by using the assistance button on the ticket machine and the issue was resolved in seconds.”
“We paid upfront for parking & everything was fine. When we got to the gates, they would not open & we’re asking for £114. We used the call button & the person on the end fixed it as we had already paid.”
“Had a mile walk with 2 large cases in a very uneven car park. Not an easy walk. Especially at 1.30 in the morning.
No shuttle buses????
Then on return we couldn't get out the car park with our prepaid ticket.
Very difficult trying to find a machine in the dark with intercom that worked.”
“Fine as usual only concern being cars parked everywhere within the long stay, some parked on double yellow and on kerbs , obviously far to many cars parked more than you have spaces.”

finishing order. New path in long stay is awful. Where is the bus for long stayThis is the
