OK Better if there was a bus to airport. Long way to trail luggage.

Easy to book, reasonably priced, easy to get to and from and takes a lot of stress away from the overall travelling experience.

Easy peasy. Reasonable price. Took very little time to walk to the airport terminal. Just don't forget to remember where you parked!

Good value and not as far to walk as you would think, but still a shame there is no shuttle bus now. As a result the car park needs a decent well marked path leading to the airport without the big puddles & the coarse aggregate at various points. However convenient and would happily use it again.

All fine until we couldn't get out without paying again for a pre-paid space. (Double the original fee so a 300% charge). That meant going through a reclaim process. This has happened to me before and I don't buy the response that the numberplate recognition system failed. They still have the booking form and should be able to work it out from that. After 27 hours of travel you don't need this sort of hassle. What with being charged £3 for a one-minute stop off to collect people, Edinburgh Airport is becoming a rip-off.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
