“Very close to the terminal with a covered walkway at the end of the car park but it is a huge car park and because I parked when it was still dark, I couldn’t find the path for walking to the walkway so had to walk on the road. Better lighting or signage for walking with cases to it would have helped”
“Relatively close to terminal building but the marked route through the Mid-stay car park is not well lit and the surface is uneven. Was better when there was a bus service. Also cars parked on circulation routes and not is marked bays is annoying.”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“Convenient, plenty of space, not as far away as you think from the terminal but I still struggle to navigate on foot to the "designated"footpath or walkway across the car park. More organisation is needed on this and It wouldn't be difficult to make it so much easier with proper signage that you dont need binoculars to see from the other end of the car park.”
“Very rough asphalt with lots of potholes. People are parking their cars where ever they please, which makes it difficult to find good spots and navigate around them. Difficult to find the pathway exit.”
