“Not a great experience.
Signage into the park is poor at best. You are warned that it's a good walk to the terminal but once parked there are no signs at all to direct you to the terminal. The path is a series of temporary plastic bollards.
Could be much better given the cost”
“A good service - until it comes to leaving. I had prepaid and when I tried to leave the machine said I owed £174. I had to call the operator to facilitate my exit. Why ?”
“After many visits to other airports. Edinburgh was the worst by far. As far as the parking was concerned a bus to the long stay car park really is required.”
“Three hour return flight delay led to a £40 surcharge on exit on four day long stay parking. Walking with cases is hard work across an open car park, fortunately it was not a rainstorm.”
“Always a busy car park which I expect, and it's great there are signs to direct me to the area with available parking spaces.
What I don't like about the long stay car part is that it's obvious there are no rules or enforcement about where people park. The busiest parking area is nearest the terminal where all pavements and sometimes complete lanes are blocked with cars which have been parked irresponsibly. This means all pedestrians need to walk around parked cars. If you could address this I would rate 5 stars.”
