“No problem with the start but I never received the original booking confirmation which wasn’t appearing on my account either and had to contact customer service to sort it out. Customer service were great and fixed it almost immediately for me but it shows some glitches in the booking system.”

I can see that the customer support team resent your booking confirmation. As advised your booking was made under guest mode, which means you were not logged in to your account at the time of purchase. If a booking is made via guest mode, it will not show in your account, nor can it be added to it however you can still view and amend your booking via the 'manage my booking' link.

“Use this all the time and have never had any problems. You get what you expect, safe parking at a reasonable price. There are other parking options closer by but they are priced accordingly as you would expect. No longer having a shuttle bus to the terminal building takes it down by at least one star - I'm not sure if this was to encourage closer options but surely this will adversely impact the mobility-restricted user. That said it is a good, cost-effective parking option.”
